Catherine D Psaledas

Catherine (Kate) Delia Psaledas 68, of Manchester, NH died October 21, 2012 at the Hackett Hill Healthcare Center. She was born in Manchester, NH on March 4, 1944 and was the daughter of late Alderman Peter and Lucille (Austin) Psaledas. Ms Psaledas, attended Manchester Public Schools. She graduated from the first class of Manchester Memorial High School and was the Queen of the 1960 Manchester Winter Carnival. She obtained A.A. from Granite State College, USNH and graduated from Granite State College magna cum laude with a BS in the class of 2000. Lived most of her life in Manchester and Londonderry. Also had residences in Boston, MA Roanoke,VA and New York City. Prior to her retirement she was employed with Child & Family Services and was a family empowerment specialist. She was involved in NH sub-committee on public awareness on prevention of child abuse, also Parents Anonymous facilitator, Londonderry High School building committee. Ms Psaledas, worked primarily as a leasing agent/property manager and as a licensed NH Realtor and broker. She was co-owner of Russell Hobbs Realty in Londonderry. Later was employed as a broker with Century-21 Dumont.

Members of her family include one son Anthony R Morin of New York City, NY one daughter Lucia (McMillan) Rowell of Concord,NH. Two granddaughters Katrina Stavrou of Derry,NH and Megan Alyce Rowell of Concord,NH. One grandson Tyler Adams of Westbrook,ME one great-grandson Cole Coco of Derry,NH. Two brothers James R and Sheila (Hall) Psaledas of Hillsborough,NH and Arthur T and Elinor (Robinson) Psaledas of Londonderry. Also several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Services:
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday October 26, in the Cain & Janosz Funeral Home and Cremation Service 74 Brook St corner of Pine St. A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 PM in the funeral home by Rev William S Gannon pastor, of St Andrew’s Church.
